Welcome to Your Coastal Retreat

Due to town regulations I am unable to advertise short-term rental accommodations. This listing is for Premium Overnight Parking, with excellent amenities.  Nestled in the charming community of Lumsden, only a stone's throw away from the sandy shores, this haven is poised to become your coastal oasis.

Your Home Away from Home

For the summer of 2024 the Premium Overnight Parking space will included amenities such as, a travel trailer, directly connected to power, water and sewer so that you can simply open the door and make yourself at home. Bed linens will be provided for the bunks and queen bed, but not the couch or table if you choose to convert them to sleeping areas. Towels, shampoo and conditioner will be available in the bathroom. Picnic tables, a BBQ, sandbox and outdoor games are also available.

Pricing

May 1st until October 31st - $150/night

Furry Friends are $20 extra per stay 

$50 security deposit to hold booking and returned after checkout

Full payment for booking is due 48 hours in advance and is non-refundable from that point.

Bookings may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to check-in date.
